Aristocrat Gaming this week launched the dedicated website KnowYourMax.com, where players can access a suite of positive play resources including timer tools, how to set personal limits, trivia, and exclusive video content.
Know Your Max, according to a news release, was the industry’s first positive play campaign from a gaming manufacturer and has given players educational tools designed to promote smarter, more informed play since its launch in 2023. Material is from Aristocrat Gaming’s Beyond the Reels web series that explores game features and terminology in depth.
“We’re incredibly proud of the impact Know Your Max has already made with players and customers, as empowering safer play is one of Aristocrat’s core values and at the heart of our global business,” Aristocrat Gaming Senior Vice President, Head of Regulated Marketing Megan Tobin said in a news release. “By launching this new, dedicated site for players, we’re continuing to bring informed choice to the forefront of everyone’s gaming experience from the start.”
Since its debut, the Know Your Max campaign and its introductory video has surpassed 4 million views, with engagement reaching 126 million impressions.
The launch of KnowYourMax.com is timed to boost the American Gaming Association’s Responsible Gaming Education Month (RGEM), held each September to promote gaming literacy and consumer education. This year’s theme, “Play Smart from the Start,” aligns with the intention of Know Your Max, which is that gaming is most enjoyable when players keep the right mindset.
