Gamemaker Light & Wonder booked $841 million in revenue in the third quarter of 2025, according to results released on November 5. That was a three percent increase over the comparable period of 2024.
Cash flow widened to $375 million, an 18 percent jump, and the company spent $111 million on stock repurchases. Among individual metrics, recurring revenues leapt 14 percent. Said CEO Matt Wilson, “This high-revenue business is a key element of our cash-flow flywheel.”
Profits vaulted 78 percent, achieving $114 million in black ink. Although administrative and sales costs were flat, Light & Wonder shaved $29 million off its service-and-product outlays.
Light & Wonder’s gaming division brought in $558 million. Social-gaming purveyor SciPlay was good for another $197 million, although down four percent for the quarter. Igaming represented the remaining $86 million.
According to official Light & Wonder figures, this was the company’s 21st consecutive quarter of growth. It reported 639 gaming-operations units sold and another 229 from subsidiary Grover Gaming. Light & Wonder’s presence in North America grew year over year by 2,800 units.
