Colorado casinos generated $100.4 million in adjusted gross proceeds in July, a 4.1% increase from the $96.4 million reported in July 2024.
The latest figures come from the Colorado Department of Revenue’s monthly report, which detailed the statewide performance across the three gaming regions of Black Hawk, Central City, and Cripple Creek, which collectively house 33 casinos.
Black Hawk has retained its position as the largest casino region by revenue, generating $76.1 million, with Cripple Creek generating $17.6 million and Central City reporting $6.6 million.
The regional breakdown showed little change from recent months: Black Hawk’s 14 casinos generated 75.8% of statewide revenue, Cripple Creek, home to 13 casinos, 17.5%, and Central City, with six properties, at 6.6%.
Slot machines generated $86.9 million, 86.6% of Colorado’s AGP. Multi-denomination made the most revenue for the state’s casino, generating $52.6 million. Table games made $13.5 million in AGP, led by $4.8 million in blackjack revenue.
Roulette and baccarat performed strongly with hold percentages of 26.14% and 10.4%, contributing $1.4 million and $2.3 million, respectively, to the month’s total.
