The estate of Elaine Wynn, the philanthropist and casino executive who died in April, has sold her Las Vegas condominium for $8.25 million.
Wynn co-founded Mirage Resorts and Wynn Resorts with her former husband Steve Wynn.
The condo was one of two Elaine Wynn owned in the 20-story Park Towers east of the Las Vegas Strip. The unit is on the 17th floor, nearly 5,000 square feet with three bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a large office. Her other Park Towers condo is listed for $3.5 million.
In 2022, Steve Wynn sold his mansion on Enclave Court in Summerlin, known as Billionaires Row, for $17.5 million. That 15,000-square-foot home sits on 1.4 acres in Country Club Hills with six bedrooms and 9½ baths.
