Ainsworth Game Technology on Thursday appointed Randi Ingram as Senior Vice President of Sales and Service for North America. Ingram will spearhead Ainsworth’s sales, service, and customer engagement efforts as a top-tier supplier across the region.
Ingram has more than 30 years of gaming industry experience, spanning the supplier and operator sides of the business. She most recently served as IGT’s Senior Director of Sales, Strategic Accounts, where she led key relationships and drove growth across major customers and markets.

Ingram’s career includes high-impact leadership positions at Aristocrat and Everi, where she oversaw major sales initiatives and helped build commercially successful product pipelines. Prior to her supplier-side tenure, Ingram held a role in slot product strategy at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, giving her a comprehensive understanding of operator needs, player behavior, and market dynamics.
